Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and ensure public areas are immaculate
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we welcome career changers and entry-level applicants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
