Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain guest room standards
- Operate hotel systems (POS, booking software) with minimal training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
