Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turn times
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, PMS) efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for property safety
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Nebraska hospitality license (if applicable)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
