Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests using our advanced property management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues with poise and efficiency.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining a professional lobby appearance.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attraction recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions according to company policy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as these are our peak operational hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
