Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory, housekeeping coordination, and facility maintenance during weekend shifts
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and anticipate service needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness protocols
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Support event operations and VIP guest services during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems and POS terminals
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and fluency in English (bilingual a plus)
