Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon check-in and check-out.
- Manage room reservations and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Perform light cleaning duties in common areas and guest suites.
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
