Responsibilities
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces according to company standards.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked and ready for new arrivals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly handle and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule to complete all assigned rooms within the allotted time frame without compromising quality.
- Report Issues: Inspect rooms for damages, missing items, or maintenance needs and document them accurately for the housekeeping management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless and meets our premium standards.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
