Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory, security protocols, and compliance with health/safety standards
- Coordinate with departments to maintain operational excellence during peak hours
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel management or supervisory experience
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Florida hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-traffic periods
