Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen while maintaining organized storage
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to department leadership
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion, including turndown service
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction and safety compliance
