Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Dust, vacuum, polish furniture, and ensure the property is visually appealing.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and maintain a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and a history of good attendance.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Basic English communication skills.
