Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and soap to ensure a guest-ready environment.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items, and report them promptly to management.
- Sort and organize laundry, linens, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a must.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
