Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to company standards.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring rooms are restocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste and recycling.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or staff.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Valid driver's license may be required if travel between properties is necessary.
