Your Role

Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies; replenish as needed.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform regular deep cleaning of carpets, windows, and hard surfaces.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure the environment is welcoming and comfortable for all guests and visitors.
- Report Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to various properties.
