As a Housekeeper at The Grand Denver Hotel, you will play a vital role in maintaining the luxury standards that define our brand. You will ensure our guests feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict luxury hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Restock amenities, towels, and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting respectfully with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
