Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Remove trash and replace trash bags throughout the facility.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, housekeeping aide, or custodial work is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
