Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure linens, towels, and amenities are restocked and organized according to brand standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Engineering department immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motion tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel location.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
