Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure guest rooms are stocked and inviting.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, furniture, and fixtures throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and organized workspace while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests politely and professionally, addressing any special requests or concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
