Responsibilities
- Ensure Spotless Environments: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict brand standards and safety regulations.
- Bed Making & Linen Management: Strip and remake beds with precision, ensuring all linens are crisp, clean, and properly arranged.
- Amenity Restocking: Restock bathrooms with fresh amenities, ensuring a welcoming experience for incoming guests.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the engineering or management team.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests regarding room amenities and housekeeping requests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the usage and levels of cleaning supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety protocols and uniform standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure every corner is perfect.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
