Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Make beds and replace linens to meet our exacting standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries in guest suites.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic English language skills for clear communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
