Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with resolving guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
