Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to exacting cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are restocked and organized.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in hallways and common areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, such as leaky faucets or burnt-out light bulbs, and report them to management.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while entering guest rooms.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
