As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless stay. We provide full training for all new hires, so no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including restrooms and hallways.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked and organized according to our luxury standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Practice proper chemical handling and waste disposal procedures.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner, anticipating their needs.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; full training is provided for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
