Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces in strict accordance with hotel protocols.
- Restock amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and linens, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly throughout the shift.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure rooms are cleaned within standard time limits.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
