Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Change linens, restock supplies, and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to OSHA standards and eco-friendly cleaning protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
- Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 4-6 hour shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning chemicals
