Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Change linens, replenish toiletries and amenities, and maintain a fully stocked supply cart.
- Ensure the prompt and thorough removal of trash and waste from designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the utility room and storage closets.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately to management.
- Interact courteously and professionally with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
