Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presentable.
- Sanitation: Follow strict sanitation protocols and cleaning chemicals usage guidelines.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Stocking: Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest rooms and carts.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cleanliness and organization.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
