Responsibilities
- Clean & Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (hallways, lobby) to company standards.
- Bed Making: Expertly make beds with crisp linens, ensuring a welcoming and fresh appearance.
- Amenities: Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and replenish water bottles and snacks.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections to ensure all rooms meet our quality assurance criteria before check-in.
- Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the engineering department.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Inventory: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and chemical usage efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language: Basic English proficiency for communication with guests and staff.
- Background: Pass a background check and drug screening as per company policy.
