Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas following brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet inventory requirements
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to maintain efficient room turnover
- Deliver extra guest requests (e.g., towels, linens) with exceptional service
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and seasonal room refreshes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
