Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are spotless and odor-free at all times.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to strict quality standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and toiletries in guest rooms or common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
