Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Bed Making & Linens: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all textiles are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Amenity Management: Restock toiletries, towels, and amenities in rooms and public spaces.
- Grounds & Laundry: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobby areas, and perform laundry duties as required.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Guest Relations: Interact professionally with guests and staff, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- Shift Adherence: Follow all cleaning schedules and safety protocols, including shift work requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 25-50 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
