Responsibilities
- Perform General Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure guest rooms are fully stocked and ready.
- Inspect Work: Conduct thorough inspections of assigned areas to identify and correct any missed spots or maintenance issues.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and residents, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs) without assistance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
