Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors.
- Make beds to the highest standards of hospitality and replace linens as needed.
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal is handled correctly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory for immediate hire).
- No prior cleaning or housekeeping experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
