Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Make and change beds, ensuring linens are crisp and neatly arranged.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and hallways.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
