Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict cleanliness standards.
- Make beds and ensure linens are fresh, folded, and arranged neatly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to management immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency required.
