Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally using hotel management software.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly demeanor.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room readiness checks.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and urgency to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
