Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and efficient service at the front desk
- Maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and payment processing
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Support special events and seasonal operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
