Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets in accordance with hotel standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and special guest needs.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is sanitized and stored properly after use.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, including luggage and cleaning carts.
