Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and company policies.
- Efficiently manage time to complete daily cleaning assignments within shift hours.
- Sort and launder guest linens and towels according to standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders is preferred.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
