Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing furniture.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and public areas.
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and sparkling clean at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all hotel safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (e.g., luggage, linens) up to 30 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
