Responsibilities
- Deep clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed sanitation standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow established protocols for room preparation and turndown services
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain security protocols in guest areas
- Adapt to special event schedules and high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Cleaning certification a plus
