Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to Hilton standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are replenished.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at work on time.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
