Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked and organized according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and hygienic.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
