Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and commercial spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory supplies
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and drug screening required
