Responsibilities
- Deep clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Maintain pristine common areas, lobbies, and restrooms to brand standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment (carpet cleaners, floor buffers) safely
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members during peak check-in/check-out periods
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for evening/night shifts (3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
