Responsibilities
- Guest Room Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to strict company standards.
- Amenities Management: Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure rooms are fully equipped for incoming guests.
- Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and restrooms to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Properly use and store cleaning equipment, chemicals, and vacuum systems.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage cleaning schedules to maximize productivity during your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct minor imperfections to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English skills to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
