Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, suites, and public areas thoroughly and efficiently.
- Manage laundry services, including changing linens and folding towels.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance department immediately.
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
