Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bed Making: Professionally make beds with fresh linens, fluff pillows, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Laundry: Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels according to hospital standards.
- Sanitation: Follow strict cleaning protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest safety.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough quality checks on all areas before checkout to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
