Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning protocols and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver turndown service and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel setting
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver’s license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency
