Responsibilities
- Manage overnight front desk operations with exceptional guest service
- Process end-of-day financial reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Handle check-ins/check-outs and respond to guest requests 24/7
- Oversee security protocols and building safety during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent needs
- Prepare next-day's occupancy reports and management summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
