Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (towels, toiletries, coffee supplies)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow established safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding room status
- Adapt to special requests from guests and management team
- Maintain organized cleaning carts and equipment
- Participate in deep-cycling projects and seasonal turnovers
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – comprehensive training provided
